We carefully package every Makoya Jewellery order so that your pieces arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing your order

Orders are processed within seven to ten days after payment has been received.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery within South Africa

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Makoya Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at makoyajewellery@gmail.com with your order number.

We will assist you in contacting the courier and tracking your parcel.

Incorrect delivery information

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

If an order has already been dispatched and needs to be redirected because an incorrect address was provided, additional courier charges may apply.
